Saloodo! is looking for an Onboarding and Customer Development Expert (f/m/d)  to join our Operations team and help us shape the future of digital logistics. You accompany our existing Customers, onboard the new ones, and check their activity on the platform. Together with your colleagues, you build processes to retain and reactivate them. Transport is all about efficiency, speed, and commitment. Get in and let's shape the future world of logistics together!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for onboarding of new Shippers all over Europe, focus on Germany so that they can use Saloodo! successfully, strategic planning and in time replies to their questions
  • Helping to build up a documented relationship Management with existing customers
  • Responsibility for “high potential leads” to work proactively with our customers to ensure a perfect performance
  • Setup, monitoring, and taking care of a top-customer base on the platform
  • Verification and study of questions of problems of Shippers
  • Finding out their potential with regular feedback rounds
  • Participation in the continuous development of the platform based on their feedback

Your profile

  • Successfully completed qualification in logistics or comparable university degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in transport and logistics
  • Knowledge of working with a platform is a clear advantage
  • Basic knowledge of national and international road transport business
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in German and English (more European languages are a plus)
  • First experience in relationship Management is a clear plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (must) and Salesforce (welcome)
  • Independent and reliable working in a quickly changing and growing environment
  • Strongly team and solution-oriented
  • Performance-linked thinking necessary
