What is Fulfilment?

Fulfilment is a generic term for all services related to an order process such as shipping, warehousing or incoming goods inspection. It is simply the process of taking an order from the point of sales to the point of delivery.

When the product is delivered and confirmed by the customer, the fulfilment process is complete.
