Registered Exporter system (REX)

What is Registered Exporter system?

Registered Exporter system is a certificate of origin of goods that applies to Generalised System of Preference (GSP) for the European Union countries. In simple term, REX is a certificate that proves the origin of goods i.e. where the goods are actually manufactured before export.

REX has been in place since the 1st of January 2017, and it is gradually replacing Form-A and certificate of origin.
