What documents do I need to upload to finalize the registration process?

As a carrier registered with a new account, you need to provide the following documents:

1. EU License

  • Valid licence for commercial road haulage (please note the expiry date)
  • If you do not have an EU licence, you must instead upload a certificate / declaration on your letterhead stating the reason why you do not have an EU licence or that you only transport up to 3.5 tonnes. This declaration must be stamped and signed by the representative of the company.

2.  Insurance Policy

  • Valid insurance confirmation (please pay attention to the expiry date)
  • min. 40 SDR per kg
  • Cabotage insurance

3. Letterhead with Bank details

  • Full company name incl. legal form
  • Full address of the company
  • Telephone number
  • Website (if available)
  • VAT ID of the company
  • Bank details of the company

4. Business Registration

  • Contains full company name
  • Stamped and signed by official institution

You can upload the documents in various formats (PDF, JPG or PNG). Please ensure that you provide up-to-date documents and upload the EU licence and/or insurance policy again before the expiry date. Your documents will be checked by us within 72 hours on working days. After you have uploaded all relevant documents, our team will review your documents. You will be notified by email as soon as your documents have been reviewed and your account has been activated. You will then be able to access your account, find transport requests on your preferred routes, secure new transport orders and be paid for your transport services within just 14 days.
