Saloodo! digitizes logistics in Egypt

Saloodo!, the digital freight platform continues to grow and is now available in Egypt. After the successful launch of Saloodo! in the United Arab Emirates in May this year, the logistics startup is now taking another important step. This means even more convenience and efficiency for all those involved in transports from and to Egypt when they submit their transport requests to the digital freight platform or find freight orders as a freight forwarder. 

Previously, Saloodo! connected shippers from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with transport service providers, who then transported the goods within the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states. After the recent launch of the digital freight marketplace in Kuwait and Oman, Saloodo! is now also available to users in Egypt for national shipments as well as freight orders from Egypt to other countries in the Gulf region and vice versa. 

The digital freight platform Saloodo! is a pioneer in the digitalization of the transport and logistics industry. Saloodo! Customers handle their transports completely digitally, without lengthy price negotiations on the phone and conclusion of contracts via fax. And that goes down well: In Europe, more than 18,000 shippers and over 7,000 forwarding agents with more than 250,000 available trucks already work with Saloodo! And these figures will continue to grow as we expand into the Middle East.
